Add > Curve > Bezier
Go to your Z axis so you have a top view
Switch to edit mode and select all
Switch to the curve pen to make your curve exactly how you want
Remember, you need to select the end point first and then select the curve pen for each curve
If you need to reduce the sizem Click Data Properties and reduce your resolution
In Object Mode
Convert to a mesh by right clicking and select Convert to > Mesh
Add the skin Modifier
Click the proportional editing objects button until it turns blue
You can hold the G Key and mouse scroll wheel to change the size of the radius you are editing
Change the thickness to your liking by holding CTR + A and left mouse button
make sure you have everything selected in Edit Mode
Switch back to Object Mode
Make it permanent by clicking Apply in your modifier
Switch to Edit Mode
Select all
Go to modelling
Play with the Spin Tool
If you are getting gaps, click on the panel in the bottom left (Adjust Last Operation panel )
Adjust as needed
If you need to reduce the size, you can always use the decimate modifier
